Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PrintPulse, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on PrintPulse for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Products and Services

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally authorized to provide such information
• You are legally authorized to make payments using the payment method(s) you provide
• If you are an employer or company, you are authorized to use your company's payment method

Returns and Refunds

Custom-made and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review our complete Return Policy for more details on eligibility, timeframes, and procedures.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PrintPulse and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our proprietary materials without our express written permission.

User Content

When you upload designs, artwork, or other content to our platform, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PrintPulse, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Canada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
